More about CORE
The CORE at St. David's Center manages all intake, enrollment and referrals -- navigating resources and services so you can focus on the most important thing - your family.
Who is behind the CORE? A group of friendly, knowledgeable individuals we call "navigators" - waiting to point you in the right direction.
Our CORE staff has over 50 years combined experience working in and with our programs. Unlike other intake offices, you build a relationship with your CORE navigator that extends beyond an inquiry phone call. We offer support and guidance throughout your time at St. David's Center, so you never feel alone.
Your CORE navigator will:
- Provide you with information about St. David's Center services.
- Match your family's needs with the appropriate services available through St. David's Center.
- Coordinate and collect required intake information.
- Navigate commercial insurance or other funding entity coverage and benefits information.
- Schedule all evaluation appointments and ongoing clinical appointments.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure the most comprehensive care.
- Serve as a resource for your family throughout your time with St. David's Center.
