Endowment
Gifts to the St. David's Center endowment ensure permanent financial support and organizational stability. An endowment gift is restricted so that the original gift (the principal) may not be spent. Instead, it is invested, generating a steady stream of interest or dividend income that provides a hedge against inflation.

There are several ways to arrange planned giving, many of which offer significant tax advantages.
- Include St. David's Center in your will
- Make St. David's Center the beneficiary of a life insurance policy or IRA
- Establish a charitable annuity
- Give the gift of appreciated property, such as real estate (farms and farmland; residential and commercial properties; vacation homes and undeveloped land)
- Set up a charitable trust with St. David's Center included as a beneficiary
- Set up a special needs trust with St. David's Center as a secondary beneficiary

St. David's Center has brokerage accounts set up to make giving easy and convenient. Our Development staff will be happy to work with you and your financial advisers to discuss gifts of stock and to assist with stock transfers.
