Minnetonka Incident Update, Nov. 12, 2024

I am writing to inform you of an incident that took place at our Minnetonka center this afternoon, in case you or your child witnessed some of the commotion and have questions.

Incident Overview & Our Response
911 was contacted and an ambulance was called due to a child experiencing a medical issue. The child’s caregivers arrived and went to the hospital via ambulance.

The safety of our clients, families and staff continues to be a priority for St. David’s Center.
