Supported Living
Services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities
Centering on the value of each individual's strengths, contribution to the community, and desire for independent living.

Supported Living Services (SLS) for adults with developmental disabilities is centered on the value of each individual’s strengths, contribution to the community and desire for independent living.
Services are designed for individuals who are ready to transition to their own home with staff support, desire a high level of independence, and have the ability to be alone for 24 hours.
We partner with families to provide individualized, goal-directed service plans that allow for optimal growth and development in the least restrictive setting.
Program goals:
- Help clients establish, maintain, and improve independent living skills
- Present opportunities to increase socialization, build relationships and experience community life
Payment/Funding
