Gala Volunteer Form

Shifts available for this year’s event:

Saturday, March 8, 2025

Shift 1: 4 – 8PM
Assist with event set up, registration, silent and live auctions, raffles, and other guest service roles. This shift includes a complimentary meal and snacks.

Shift 2: 5 – 8:30PM
Assist with raffles; working in pairs, selling and collecting raffle tickets

Shift 3: 7 PM – 12:30AM
Assist with event tear down, guest check out, silent auction packing, after party set up and other guest service roles. This shift includes a complimentary meal and snacks.

Full Night: 3:30PM – 12:30AM
Assist with both shift 1 and 2 tasks. This shift includes a complimentary meal and snacks.

Pre/Post Event Opportunities
Volunteer to support the event before or after March 9, in a time and role that works for you. If you select this option below someone will reach out to you directly to set up a volunteer opportunity.
