Waivered Services foster the development of life skills for individuals with special needs.

Waivered Services are designed to meet individual and family needs for clients using DD and CADI waivers.

Our clients might work on activities of daily living, community integration, and lifestyle goals.

 

List of Services for Individuals with an In-Home Waiver

Payment/Funding

Services are funded through the individual's waiver and/or Consumer Directed Community Supports. Recipients must be eligible for Medical Assistance.

Make a Referral.

Referrals are made by social workers in Hennepin and Anoka Counties.
